In which I am half way there

'Nuff said. Far more than 'nuff said, come to think of it. I was falling asleep again towards the end there, and I know I only needed another 38 words, but the thought of what would come out of my subconscious this time scared me off, and I went to bed.

My NaNo report card seems to think I'll have no problem finishing on time, though, if I can crank up the daily word count slightly. I'm counting on the weekend to get ahead (again). Hopefully it will work better this time than last weekend...
